General terms and conditions

1. Students need to pay full in advance.

2. The teacher may refuse to accept the lesson. In that case, full payment will be refunded.

3. Once the student books a course, unless the student/guardian chooses communication by WhatsApp, students should communicate via email only.

4. For any lesson, the students need to book the time slot for both classes.

5. The first online class needs to be at least three days from the date of booking.

6. The second online class needs to be at least three days from the date of the first class and within ten days from the date of the first class.

7. No cancellation is allowed.

8. If the student misses an online class due to unforeseen circumstances (network issues, emergency, weather issues), the student needs to contact info@problemath.com as soon as possible. Rescheduling is up to the teacher. 

9. All files need to be shared by file sharing platform provided by the teacher or email.
