General Terms and Conditions
1. The student needs to complete the full payment while requesting the course.
2. We retain the right to decline our services even if full payment is made. In that case, a full refund will be initiated.
3. One email id remains the primary mode of communication. All responses from our part will be sent via email.
4. At any time, there would be one corresponding email id and one phone number. If the student provides multiple email ids or phone numbers, the student must identify the main one.
5. Chat hours are between 4PM and 8PM (Indian Standard Time). Thursday is a holiday.
Refunds and cancellations
1. Once the student requests a session and completes the payment, for online classes and assessment sessions, cancellations are not allowed. However, student can reschedule. But this is allowed only once.
2. If the student reschedules more than once, we retain the right to cancel the class.
3. If there is any cancellation of classes done on our part, full or partial refund will be placed.
4. Any refund will be directed only towards the initial mode of payment.
Privacy policy
Unless the student personally requests through the primary mode of communication, personal details of the student will not be shared to anyone, unless there is a case of dispute, legalities or emergencies, when applicable.
